How to make Chrysanthemum tea

Chrysanthemum Tea

Supports cooling, cleansing, and overall wellness. Traditionally used to promote liver health, reduce internal heat, and support clear skin and eye health. Rich in antioxidants, it may help support healthy inflammation response, digestion, and relaxation.

Boil the water and allow it to cool for about a minute. Then use between 3 to 6 dried flowers to an 8-ounce cup of water. Let it steep for a few minutes and voila! If you choose, you can sweeten it with sugar or honey.
