Burdock root has been used for centuries in holistic medicine to treat a variety of different conditions. Traditionally, it’s been most commonly used as a diuretic and a digestive aid


Brewing Recommendation: 1. Bring 1 cup of water to almost boiling, remove from heat. 2. Add 1-2 teaspoons of burdock into a tea strainer. 3. Pour water over burdock and steep for 1-3 mins. Remove tea strainer and herbs. Sweeten if desired.
