Organic beets are a whole-food powerhouse of important vitamins, minerals, and micro-nutrients. They are rich in iron, potassium, magnesium, A, C, B1, B2, B3, B6, calcium, copper, phosphorous, sodium, iodine, Riboflavin, Thiamine, protein, and fiber.*

One teaspoon of beetroot powder is equivalent to one beet. You can use one-two teaspoons up to four times a day. It is an amazing smoothie additive and natural colorant. Beet powder may be encapsulated.
